Each project begins with documentation of the original windows and ends with components built to match the original profiles, dimensions, and construction methods. Historic Window Replicas
Replacement of deteriorated double-hung sash on a 1920s Craftsman residence. Six-over-six true divided lite configuration reproduced from surviving original windows on the rear elevation.

Replacement sash for a late-19th-century commercial building in the Sanford historic district. Original jambs retained; new Sapele sash fabricated to match the original two-over-two lite pattern.

Historic Door Replicas
Replica of a deteriorated paneled entry door for a historic church. Original hardware retained and remounted. Fabricated in Sapele to match the original panel configuration and moulding profiles.

True Divided Lite Windows
Full sash replacement for a 1910s cottage. Two-over-two true divided lite configuration throughout. Existing frames and jambs were sound and retained.
Mount Dora, FL
Historic Window Replicas
Replica sash for a historic museum property. Documentation included archival photographs and measured drawings. Muntin profiles reproduced to match surviving original windows on the property.
St. Augustine, FL
Custom Sapele Window Sash
Eight-over-eight sash for a Victorian-era residence. Complex muntin grid reproduced in Sapele with traditional mortise-and-tenon joinery throughout.
